It was fairly clean, staff was really kind and nice. The location was marvellous for me as it was right by which was ideal and both subway stations and both train stations and big supermarket close by. The service was amazing, the food was decent. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Such wonderful experience there. Reasonably large rooms with dryer and kitchen, as for instance, satisfactory breakfasts. Welcoming and amicable staff, free wake up calls and ironing available.

Booked the hotel for its favourable location just off main train station as well as numerous convenience stores and restaurants. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The stay was absolutely comfortable. Enjoyed that the hotel was comfortable, traditional decor in the rooms. Nice staff and the location was marvellous. Also, Hankyu Kappa Yokochou was 2 miles away from the venue. The food was decent, with a great selection of options.

Thanks very much for the fairly nice stay, no reason to complain. The rooms are large and include a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The breakfasts are varied with a lot of options. The location is handy and magnificent, it's in Shin Osaka district near to train station.

Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

The hotel had a good location to catch the early trains. The room was huge & new-fashioned, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The private parking was nearby, AMAZING service.

The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and well-managed. The bathroom was impressive and better than expensive hotels. The washing machine and dryer were convenient, and the gym facilities were good. The location was close to the train station and there were shops and restaurants nearby.

We were disappointed to find out that the hotel was located far from the bus terminal we needed, which caused us a lot of trouble. However, the proximity to some of the city's best restaurants made up for it. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was always welcoming and ready to assist with any request we had. , breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the gym facilities which allowed us to stay fit during our stay.

That the bed was uncomfortable and caused us to toss and turn throughout the night.

Staying here was really a treat. It is situated between two train stations, which made it really easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, always there to greet me with a smile. The room was really spacious and comfortable with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The location in the business district was perfect, not too busy, but close to everything I needed. And the room service and housekeeping were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
